Firebox Small Baking Rack (suits 14cm Billy Pot)

The Firebox Small Smoker Rack / Grill is a Japanese style open grill which is designed to allow more flame exposure which cooking. It also works great in the 14cm (2 qt) Firebox Zebra Pot as a Smoker Grill or for use with Baking Trays. As supplied in the Firebox Baking Kit. Smoked meat is so delicious, and requires some practice. Try your hand at smoking your meat in a billy can. This rack fits perfectly in the 14cm Zebra pot, and can also be used as a lower rack in the 16cm pot if doing small meat. You can have two racks in a 16cm Billy by using both the small and large grill.  This leaves a 1″ gap between grills.
